What do you wanna setup anyway ?
Just install CPanel if you have cent os installed and it will automatically install apache,mysql,php etc

If u OS is CentOS 5.5 x86 [then Install kloxo ] But x86 sucks man cant download 2+GB Files [can handle websites]
Rapid-leech/Torrents Wont work for above 2gb or 4gb files [i exactly don't remember it]
And if ur OS is CentOS 5.5 x64 [Kloxo will not support it]
try to install directadmin or cPanel [both are paid panels]
use putty [google it if u dont knw abt it]
use root/pass to access it
then follow independent installation procedure....
Google for tuts or search at Wj for installation
Ok to add, this guy didnt buy any server from me.
He brought the server from one of my reseller and i didnt get direct payment from him.
But now, he wants support from knowinservers, well if you aint my customer,
how can i help you out

Anyways, i was ready to install few basic things on his server as a favour
but he wants to run a rapidleech buisness when he dsnt even know how to install apache
well this is something i cant help out.
