sorry to hijack this, but does anyone know if there is any program to monitor the speed of the tun/tap driver?

the problem is my openvpn_as only seems to be able to get speed up to 10mbps. I did wget test to and fro my vps and it is around 96Mb/s

i did iperf to and fro different servers and this vps also gets around 90Mb/s, its just that if i use VPN, with around 2-3 clients connected i can only pump out a max 1.3Mb/s from the vpn.

is my provider limiting tun/tap drivers? are they able to do that?
