On your centos, install htop packet and type $htop command to see your problem.
and check your memory for vps, use this command: $ vzfree

i have set openvz on virtual server list, but main problem is that when see the status of any vps, its shows like memory full

Which is the template you use for container? Centos6 i assume? Try centos5, maybe?
Try different one, because we had similar issue and it was Ubuntu template.

I am not about the issue though just passing on knowledge :)

Most of hosting companies uses 5.8 centOS. this is a Bug in OpenVZ, personaly many times happen with me in my OpenVZ panel, where show maximum memory. but in VPS everything fine.

When adding the node did you bother to check the following box?

OpenVZ VSwap: [ ] (OpenVZ) Only tick this if the host operating system is CentOS 6 ? If not this is why this occurs. I have centos 6 on alot of my servers that are slaves and masters but with VSwap it works fine.
