Because of all those problems with the hosting companies lately and people loosing all their data due to lack of regular backups, I have decided to post this easy tutorial.

Automatic backups in 4 easy-to-follow steps
1. Download the script that we wrote.
2. Edit the script with your web hosting details
3. Upload the script to your web hosting using your FTP client
4. Setup the automation (cron job)
That is it. You will ondy need to fill in the information in the script, such as your server IP, FTP IP, and user details. Make sure to upload the script to the root.
