Ugh I just checked that out and yeah the points system seems spammy as hell.

I found the following 2 plugins that might work for you. The first seems more like what you're looking for, the only problem is the buttons seem very small. The second one has more options but I don't like the numbers inside the boxes. But check them out, maybe they're good for you:

By inspecting the properties, it looks like wjunction is using addthis

Yeah you are right. First ones icons are too small and other one is also not that cool. I am still looking for a good one.

I have installed "addthis" and its awesome but the only problem now is that it does not show-up in home page. Any idea how to fix that?

Sorry, no idea-- I've never used it & didn't sign up for the service. Maybe try their support forum or their website might have some more info.

Yes its called add this. I have changed my plan of using word press now and going for blogger as the hosting is free and its much more easy.
