You can use a shortcode that is connected to a captcha.
And after solving the captcha, you get access to the content of the shortcode. Since this is WordPress, the search for such a plugin should be very easy

Hello,Thanks for replaying. I'm trying to figure out how to do that but I still not able to do it, can you give me an example of it please?
 
That site isn’t really protecting Tezfiles links inside Tezfiles itself, they are just hiding the real download link behind a page redirect
So when you click, you are not hitting the file directly you are going through a layer first and that’s what keeps the link from getting exposed or reused easily
