How to optimize your web site and decrease server loading.

Bcoz In shared hosting if ur cpu crossed 10% of usages than ur account will be suspended. SO I want to know how to maintain 10% or under 10% always cpu usage...

depends what site it is and if its a forum then you no chance apart from removing certain mods

Don't use any compression like gzip, deflate etc. But your traffic will go little high for this. And don't use too many client/admin side plugins. Test before installing any add-on, plugins.
