How to open Blocked website?

Hello guys,
I'm using PTCL Internet....it' Pak leading ISP......the problem is they've blocked all adult tube site no issue with those tube site but the issue is yesterday they blocked P-bb,ophila and the rest of the adult sharing sites even my own adult forum and blog.......i can use my own blog and forum as i don't have fear of getting banned......is it ok to use proxies and then use p-bb and other forums without getting banned????if yes then what proxy or software should i use?

The ISP may have only blocked the DNS, try and ping your sites IP if you get a response just add an entry to your hosts file to bypass DNS.
If it was my own site I would add another IP to the server and use that in my hosts file.

If you don't get a reply from the IP you need a VPN

i can use vpn but the issue is Pbb....i don't want to get banned on pbb or any other big forums......has any one try pbb via vpn and didn't get banned

I don't know about pbb, but I use noirvpn.com everywhere and never an issue, ask them for a test
