How to multi-post in warez sites

I am interested in posting in many warez-sites but you all know it is difficult to post manually on each site.
Do you know where i can check any multi-poster?
I am new to this and i dont know where i can buy one...

I recommend themaposter - very much capabilities. i test blend and themaposter and second is the best. much more options than blend from extremecoders

So... I pay 30$ and i am ok with this for ever or i should pay more every month to get a new one or updates etc?
