backup wp database from phpmyadmin use export function.
import this database in new host
fresh install wp on new host
add details in wp-config file of DB and user pass of DB
login to WP
You are done
Just find hosting that also offering Cpanel and offering free moving from server to server
or second you can download all your files via ftp and also download database from phpmyadmin and upload this files to new hosting. At the moment i see that you ar on nextoffshore host maybe you need to wait to they come online and you take your files (backup)

You are done
You are on a shared hosting. Just go to cPanel generate whole backup, upload it to the root of the new hosting and tell them to restore it.
Or
Take the database backup on cPanel and create the archive of files separately. Then go to the new host, in cPanel click restore database and restore it. Then upload the files in the file manager.
Or
If your new server is with in the same hosting, simply tell them to migrate your cPanel account to the new server.
