I already have a blogger blog which I would like to move to a self-hosted wordpress platform without having to start anew and recreate all the existing posts. How do I go about doing this?

Will this shift affect my standings with google and backlinks?

Any recommendations on a cheap, reliable hosting for a warez blog?

You could try this ->

Good Luck :)

As for hosting, I would recommend you start off with shared hosting. (you can look in the forum section for it). Please research before purchasing, do not go with hosts who have been around for less than a year. And most importantly, do not go with a host because they are "cheap"!

If you need help choosing a host, feel free to send me a PM and I would be glad to help you out.

You could have recomended him My365Host.com even though It's your site. It's one of the most stable offshore hostings here. :)

Yea but Sandino never advertises his host :)

you could go for

my365host.com
sqshosting.com
wrzhost.com
photonservers.com & a few others

Would Peanut's P4H hosting plans be a good choice to start with?

Or how about Weziter's shared hosting?

I don't know much about reliability & customer care of any of these hostings, so I can only ask around and gather some idea. Everyone seems to guarantee 99.9% uptime but not everyone can deliver. Some suspend accounts at the drop of a hat. I want to stay away from those folks.

Yeah that's what I was talking about. Thanks for all your help guys.

Btw, do you have any idea about Peanut's P4H or Webziter's shared hosting? Are they reliable?

Never used them. Check in shared hosting discussion their threads, if they are reliable or not, client replies will show.
