I have a site that is not a forum.
It is just a basic Joomla site showcasing my portfolio and work. It is not relating to warez or anything illegal. Site was created 3 months ago and so far it's doing well. Showing up on first page of Google etc.
I have a nice item that i received as gift that i don't want that is worth $200 RRP.
Anyway i decided it's best to give it away as a competition to generate publicity for my site/ my brand. I see alot of business's do this on facebook. Like the Facebook page and win ???
On my actual site it has a facebook Like button at the bottom of the page. So far nobody has liked it except for me. lol
I also have a facebook profile (not page) with my business name with 1000+ friends. These are not bought or bots but more just me adding random people as friend's on facebook and they all accepted. I also have a twitter account but the twitter is not as successful as the facebook profile.
My question is..
What do you guys advise for my situation? Should i ask people to click the Like Button on my actual website or should i ask people to follow me on twitter for a chance to win the prize etc? which one would be better?
