Well as of right now I have tried advertising on ;
webhostingtalk.com
webcosmoforums.com
webmastertalkforums.com
WJunction.com
webhostingforums.org
adminpeak.com
empirehostingtalk.com
digitalpoint.com
theprofiters.com

But I am still wondering what is another good way to reach out to people?
Paying for a sticky thread? Hiring someone to advertise for me?
Sorry for me asking even though I should know. This is why I am taking business class and marketing right now.

Be stable, provide awesome support to your customers - you will automatically get word of mouth promotion; nothing can beat this type of promotion (unless you advertise like there is no tomorrow).

Do some keyword research & go for some local keywords . Some people find it more reliable going with local providers as they can communicate with them directly over phone & stuff .

Pay to Google adwords and stick only one or two forums always be active on that forums so that people know about you then only they come to your website.

So what exactly do you expect? A million sales in a span of 17 days? You posted on 10th October that you would try. Today you come back saying 'no luck'. If you got into the web hosting industry under the assumption that it is a get rich quick scheme, then I would suggest you quit while you're ahead to save not only yourself the headache, but your clients the potential problems.

Web hosting is serious business, and requires a serious mindset to marginally succeed in. Growing big will take months, if not years (most likely years though). And the last place you should seek advice is a marketing class. Theory won't teach you how to succeed; experience will. And based on your last few posts, it most definitely looks like you're not ready to see this through. Harsh reality, but better than being delusional about something.

Do you have a business plan? Do you have backup plans? Do you have adequate funding? Do you have reserve funds to see you through one or multiple rough weeks/months? Will your business be forced to close if a majority of your clients leave your service and you don't get any new ones for 2/3/5/10 weeks? Do you have what 100 other hosting companies do not have? What sets you apart?

Marketing classes don't teach all of that.
