How to make RDP accounts?

Hi,
I want to know that how can i create RDP accounts on my dedicated server. The server is windows and I am sharing the server with a friend who needs RDP access for his account. I wanted to know how can i setup the RDP access on the server.......

a step by step guide would help....

Which Windows - Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 ?

Windows 2003 guide:

You add another used and add it to the RDP group.
You can find the guide fro 2008 server there.
