How to make gif banners?

I have a little photoshop skill in me so i want to learn how to make a banner, but one that will show text moving like the ones you see here on wjunction. can someone give me tutorial on how to make one of those banners please.

1) Bannershop GIF animator 5 is good
2) Ulead Gif animator (old one, even it's rare to find download link, but worth)
