How to make better money from uploading?? Tips or tricks??

Hello all.
I am an uploader & upload on file hosting sites.
I upload & share the links on 2-3 sites only which have quite a good number of downloaders,otherwise,i have learnt that most of the forums have hardly any downloaders & on popular forums like bayw,it's almost impossible to get exposure of your threads because there are a hell lot of threads posted every hour.
Please give me some tips as to how can i get more exposure of my links & where else should i share my links??
