How to index your thread in google with good SERP

I am getting good traffic around 9K each day 8-) but not from google but because of Katz. :(

Frankly speaking I get only 100-150 visitors from google search. :'(

Though I have more than 5K pages indexed in google and one time it was around 18K still I am not getting any reasonable traffic from google. X-(


I just want to know what may be reason. I have VBSEO installed taking care of SEO part.
I am just curious why one thread posted by some uploader in one forum is at #1 postion in SERP at the same time, same post, same uploader, same content is showing at very low postion or missing from search engine for other forum.
I am totally confused why it is happening.
There is no point in saying that google might have not crawled that page.


Can you people give some suggestion to increase SERP of indexed pages in google.

You need to get more sites linking to you, SERP is not just about the content of a site but also the quality (which is determined by the amount of site's linking to it). You could have tons of indexed pages but it means nothing if you don't get sites linking to you.
 
So basically you are saying it is the page rank PR, which is deciding factor for warez sites where content is same on almost all sites
 
Its mainly how many sites are linking to you, don't get this confused with PR, PR is simply the quality of the sites that link to you, the domain name is also a factor just do a search for "warez forum" and you'll see warezforum.info has pretty much dominated the top spot.
 
@Kholu yes thats what logets meaning is.May be you dont want your forum footer to be filled with links.You can hire a link builder or do it yourself if u knew how to build links :)

Even if you manage 2 or 3 backlinks from PR5 or higher website that shall do the trick
 
I think it is going to decrease PR of my internal pages due to high number of external links on index page. Are you sure it is really going to help in SERP by link building with other forums
 
I don't see any warez site having PR 4 or 5. Even katz with so many backlinks have PR3. And buying hardlink with such sites must be very costly. I wonder whether all the good SERP forums have bought such type of links.
 
Ok if no PR4 or 5 then try PR2 and PR3.If you have friends with warez sites/forums with PR2 or PR3 you can get your link from them.Remember if ever purchase a link from other sites dont ever post on pages that get indexed by google.Just PM that user and get your link.

If google comes to know that you had bought a link the next thing is your site being penalized.
 
So till now only one solution that is link building.
What else
So all the good SERP warez forums are indexed at high position due to link building or there are some other factors which we can look after for getting better ranking in google search engine.
 
yea its hard finding other pr3 sites. My site is a pr3 and we like to keep other pr3 on the main page and also have a top links for under pr3. Not sure if the under pr3 will help as we just added it in. Will find out next update.

We are getting a good amount of traffic from google. Try to upload your own stuff (in file name). There are alot of rs search engines which will give you more results.
 
LinkBuilding most important then
Social Bookmarking then
Directory Submission (I think there is no directory out there that accepts warez sites)
etc etc...

and most important quality content is the king.
 
I haven't really focused on link building, just made some exchanges with good sites and optimized keywords and try to get high rank on specific words that is commonly searched, for example "free porn". I get around 3000-4000 search engine hits per day and I am hoping to be able double it in a near future :)

How you managed to get PR3. Is it because of link building. How old your site is. and how much time you take to get PR0->PR1, PR1->PR2, PR2->PR3
If possible please answer.

For getting 3-4K traffic from katz, you need to be atleast 3* site(IMO)
Great you are able to manage this much traffic with the help of google.
So I think the solution you are trying to deliver is to build a forum for a high search keyword. Then For a warez site what are the keywords we should focus and how to optimize our forum for these keywords
 
Well I use to run a large gaming site which had alot of back links and stuff. My warez site is 1 year old and when we started I redirected it my gaming site to it. We basically jumped up to pr 2. Then with basically katz and phaze back link we hit pr3 and havent changed since. Now I added a bunch of pr3 on the main footer and around 10 pr 0 pr 1 and 2s to the topsites and ill find out if it worked next pr check.

Anyway getting PR3 in a period of one year is really big achievement. I am having having 7 month old forum but achieved no PR till now.
You told us you are getting good amount of traffic from google. can you quantify it. I am just curious that how much traffic we can expect from google for a PR3 warez site
 
Oh it really disappointments me when people think it's just about getting a few link's from big sites with high page ranks. It couldn't be further from the truth. That's a tiny factor involved in getting good Search Engine Results (from now on referred to as SER).

This is going to be a long post and may take a few edits. I'll take the site your site as an example which is http://kholuforum.com/

One of the most important things in SEO is the title of the page. As you have vbSEO your titles of the page are the title of the post and therefore good and relevant. Most forums have this so I'll move on.

Meta Tags
As you've vbSEO your meta tags are dynamic which is good but their very short. The Description Meta tags is very important and could be longer in your case as it's only 100 characters but Google reads and give importance up to 250. In an example of a music post I looked at, the Meta Description had the title, the artist and bitrate info but didn't get as far as any of the tracks that were listed in the post. Often someone will search for a specific track and if you had a few more track names in the meta description which were already in the post you'd have a higher return in the SER.

In the example of an index page eg http://www.kholuforum.com/music/ the meta description it's even worse as it just reads ''Music - Source of music, songs..'' and could be a lot lot more detailed and keyword filled.
Don't use vb but see if you can increase the character count to 250.

Site Maps and robots.txt
You have these added already but you could have a link to the sitemap from the robots.txt so it could find it easier.

Link Exchanges
This Goes for Everyone! Google takes into account the text around a link as well as the title or text used to describe the link and determines that way how much weight to give it. In other words if the link to your site is surrounded wiht lot's of other links as in the case of a affiliates page or in the footer of most warez sites Google will give it little or no importance. A link in the first 250 characters in a page surrounded by content in a climbing PR1 site is believed to be worth more than a link in a affiliates box in the footer of a PR3 site. This is where Katz are clever making PR1 sites link to them in the Header.

By taking your advise, I have added a link to sitemap in the footer.
Increased meta description length to 200 Ex 100
I heard on SEO forums that google now ignores the keywords stuffed in meta tags so I was not bothering about the length of meta description tag as I thought it is going to ignore by google anyway.

To clarify your question though Google ignores the Keyword meta tag but not the Description meta tag. Their's a big difference their that people don't know about.
