How to increase TV Site traffic?

Hi guys i'm new. So i have this site about a year old now and its been doin great before panda and penguin update from google.

I worked hard doing SEO each page for different show and now it's crap.

I need advise on how to get traffic other than doing SEO.

Link exchange sounds good. My site only has PR 2 though.
So about the ad spots i will be paying for it monthly right?

yeah you have to pay monthly for adspots check that section in WJ for good offers, and you have good PR, PR2 is good check out link exchange forum here
