To be honest, it's a nice clean site. Surprisingly enough now-a-days, I can't see that much that needs changing. If I was being REALLY picky, I could say you're logo could be a tad better, and maybe centred, but apart from "personal" small things, it is great.

Thanks Danny :D the only thing is that making the logo bigger messes up the tabs and stuff. The skin is kinda wacky like that :/
-I don't like those images here.
-Remove the "These links are intended for backup purpose only. Do NOT...." in the footer, kinda useless.
-Make a better affiliate box.
-The font of Today's Posts, FAQ, Calendar...etc is kinda big.
-You have too many subforums.
-Color of the Super Moderators is too bright.
-Users active in the past 24 hours is useless if you ask me, who looks at that?
-The rank images could be better.

Another thingI could think of is, you have some kind of automatic host selector mod I guess. Either remove that or stop using post icons. Here I can see few posts have post icons and few not. And few have both post icon too and MULTI too.
Make all posts have post icons, or remove those from all.
