How to get WCDDL report module to work v2?

I've uploaded the wcddl_report.php to the modules dir.
I've uploaded the reportdownload.php to the directory above it. Which is the main directory.
I successfully rain the sql.
Now what? Any ideas?
I'm pretty sure it's just something in the leftbar.php but what exactly?

Why wouldn't this show up by default in Admin?
I can manually use the /admin/index.php?go=reportMod
But shouldn't show a link to reports on the admin page?

Edit: fixed the manual link....
