How to get google sublink (actually i dont know what it call ) it look like this

these are generated by google itself and you cant do much in this.

It is based on what link your users are clicking most of the times when the link of your site comes in search result.

the other important tip is that those sitelinks won't show on all of the keywords you rank for...

generally they apear when people search for your brand name.. in the rest of the cases you will rarely see them
