how to generate site link list

Could someone explain me how to generate whole site link list?
its like sitemap but i need it in this form in txt file:
http://www.wjunction.com/
http://www.wjunction.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2

It's not possible to generate manually. Only Google can do that, it generates the most popular links on the Website, simple as that.
