Your code shows your using dt and dl tags which are used for lists. That would explain the list styled outcome.

Remove the tags

I seriously don't think this is going to work unless your using a default skin which is highly unlikely.

We really need to know what skin your using. I can't see the site now as you've some uploading/construction page for an index.

I took a look and he was using the default skin. Its really messed up coding and didn't really want to waste a bunch of time fixing it. I told him to try to install.
