how to find quality warez boards?

I wanna buy ThemePoster and post threads to quality warez boards. But i dont know how to find quality warez boards? I think 50 quality, alexa rank high boards much better than 1000 poor warez board. Do you agree me?
Sorry for my bad english, and help me. How can i find Alexa Rank lowest warez boards?

wrzc.org is the place from where I get my list of forums. Its really nice and navigation is just great. You can even filter out the site on basis of forum software, language, members etc.
