How to extend limit in rapidleech

HI,

i have a rapidleech server. everything is ok...but can't upload files in leech above 2 GB. When tried,it just get hanged after completing 2 GB.

How can i extend this limit?

i tried changing limit in upload.php........but still not working.:-(

oo....sorry...i mean not uploading in filehosts......in rapidleech...may be it's called downloading in rapidleech.

i want to transload files from fso or wupload to my leech size above 2 GB.

How to do that?
 
This file limit is due to Operating System...Your provider must have 32 bit OS and 2GB+ files needs 64 Bit OS..Trust me..I faced the same issue few months back..

You cant change this limit but you can tell your provider to install 64 Bit OS

Ask your rapidleech provider to change their OS to 64 bit, or change the rapidleech provider.....

If you are using Vps means, ask the hosting provider to change the OS.

Note:
Don't try greater than 2GB file in your current rapidleech, Yes is the waste of time(bandwidth too.....)
 
Yup snkr is right. You need 64 Bit OS in order to download or upload 2 GB+ files.

If you are talking about the File Size Limit shown while you choose to upload a file, then you can increase it by editing the max_file_size limit in hosts/upload/FILEHOST.index.php OR hosts/upload/FILEHOST_member.index.php

Where FILEHOST refers to the domain name of the filehost you want to increase the limit for.
 
thanks for the suggestions....i have reinstalled 64-bit...everything is fine....but one problem shows when trying to unrar files>

Error:1 /var/www/html/jahir16/rar/rar: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.7' not found (required by /var/www/html/jahir16/rar/rar)

How to solve this? rar is working fine.
 
that problem was solved...but leech is gone now...can anyone suggest me any tutorials or any link to setup rapidleech step by step...i have done it as said in rapidleech.com tuts,but stopped at setup step.......the setup page is opened in my leech url...but can't submit....don't know why "-(
 
Cura Hack bro....don't understand what you mean by that. I have now complete setup by myself..but previous problem rises again....error showing when trying to rar/unrar...

Problem solved :-D

Prob 1: transload files larger than 2 GB?
Solution: Edit the upload.php file and changed the limit from 1024 MB to any size you want.

Prob 2: rar/unrar problem?

Solution: first CHMOD the file "unrar" in rar folder inside the leech to "777"
Then download latest Rar files from rarlab,extract it in your pc,upload the "rar_statics" file to "rar folder" of your leech and rename the "rar_statics" to "rar" and CHMOD the "rar" to "777"


My Problem is solved that way.

nICEsHARE : thanks....but it was not me who have solved the problem...it's cowboyup910 who actually help me out.

Devilz: it's not about bumping you should blame...it's about the solution he got and reply to just thanks....i don't think it's bad to bump to express your gratitude.
