You have to go to:
c:/Document and Settings/(your username)/Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/(usually default)/extensions
Then go to folder "extensions" and there will be a folder for each add-on you have installed.

To open all the files of an addon you have to use Winrar. Open it with winrar and extract to you desktop or w/e.

Creating back an addon, rar that folder with winrar but first choose .zip as extension and in the file name, add .xpi instead of .zip :)

Cheers

Well download the add on from chrome because you will know where you have downloaded it.

It is an .xpi file, so simply rename it to .zip instead of .xpi and you will see an archive. Extract it and make the changes in the folder extracted.

Then again Compress the folder back to .zip and not .rar.

Now change the extension back to .xpi and now drag and drop the .xpi into your firefox and wallah the add-on is installed on the browser back :D

pi0tr3k stated the same but I guess I wrote a lot xD
