How To Create Hyperlink

I have to create hyperlink at the above website, but as you can see <a> tag is not working. I entered following link but no hyperlink created.

<a href="http://www.nflfootballpicks1.com">nfl football picks</a>

1.You see the Bold, Italic, Underline buttons? After that there is one A with black strip beneath it. After that there is a globe with a link (This button :

). click that. Then a dialogue box will appear which will say "please enter your URL".
2.Enter your URL there.
3.Press Ok. You are done.

In the full editor also there will be a globe, click that follow same steps.

OR
use these tags : [url*][/url*] (Remove *)
and paste your URL in that.
If you want to edit the name of the link, then just use [ur*l=http://link.com]MY TEXT[/url*]
