assuming u have got no knowledge abt webhosting, i'd suggest u to go for blogger.com
if u dont like the domain .blogspot.com then register a domain,search for some tuts abt using .tld's with blogger(dont worry its easy,there are many tuts available with step by step screenshots or there are loads videos on youtube too!)
