How to copey url directley to the notepd,wordpad,etc....

hi,
Every one

I need a small help.
Is there any tool(or)any processes that can copy url directly into any text saving software.

1)Yeah, right click on a link. Click copy link address. Then goto notepad and press ctrl + V.

2)Or copy link address, then right click in notepad and click paste

3) Put the mouse over the link click it but hold it so it doesn't go through to the next page and drag it to your notepad

i mean if i copy the url in firefox it should directly past in my notepad or wordpad
 
i think theres only 1 way this is possible

im sure notepad /notepad++ only accepts parameters to be a file location and not a string of text so in order to do this you would have to get firefox to save the copied text into a new blank file then launch notepad with the temp file location!
