log-in to your control panel and remove all your files and check with an a.v which files contain the virus.

If you have ssh access to your server then you can use any one of the following virus scan methods.

1. Maldet scan
syntax: maldet --scan-all /home/username/public_html
2. clamcan
syntax: clamscan -r /home/username/public_html --infected

If you dont have the ssh access you can contact your host to run a virus scan by using any of the above techniques.
