i want to change or edit this message, but i tried to search in templates but didnt find it... Which template to edit to change it ?

Goto notices in the admincp and find that one. Not too sure what it's called.

this is a GLOBAL Phrase and u can edit this by going to ur ACP
and languages and phrases>>search in phrases>>

and enter notice_1_html this phrase
find it and edit it
