How to Add an Adfly banner to blogspot to be at the top of the page?

I need to know how can I add ADFly banner to be placed on top of free blogspot so the visitor will see it whenever he move from page to page so how can i make it?

Step 1: Log in to adf.ly , copy Ref code

http://adf*****referrals.php?banners

Step 2: Log in to blogger, add new gadget (Javascript), paste above code
Done !

template isn't any issue......
1) goto adf (Tools option) and then (website entry script)
2)copy the script
2)goto blogger dashboard and then (Layout) and click on (Add a gadget) and then select (Javascript)
3)Paste that (adf website entry script) to (blogger Javascript)
