How to a domain on Blogger?

Hey, i just bough a new domain warez-age.in and I want to make it a blog(on blogger off course). Can anyone explain me and yes I'm a noob when it comes to blog. I got a few answer on blogger help but could not follow them.

Go to Publishing in blogger and I think in custom domain.

Dont change the nameservers

Just point your cname record to ghs.google.com and add your custom domain in the blogger settings.
