How often you ping your site ?

i set once per hour, is it ok ? will my site get ban from spam ping ?
how often pinging site are recommended ?

Pingdom ping my site per minute so I immediately get notified when it's down.

ping is an XML-RPC-based push mechanism by which a weblog notifies a server that its content has been updated

Whenever each new post is published, with that new post link, not domain.
Tested with approx 300-700 pings a day in a period of almost 2 years, no ban.

Ping is just a notification to search engine that you published new post, not a guarantee that your post will be indexed in a second.

yap, atleast better than indexed after few days.
ping will make your site index faster

You can find a whole list of sites to ping your site to. If you are using Wordpress, remember that it will ping your post, or page even when you edit it. So be careful.

Authority sites get indexed faster.

You want backlinks from authority sites in your niche, that's your answer.

Pingdom is the best tool for that. I'm not sure about its frequency, but it definitely helps.
