You can't guarantee that you may hit 4* at katz.
It's not about time only, you need to use an unique skin, offer unique content...so on
Anyway, usually it takes at least 8 months.

2* >> 3* [one month]
3* >> 4* [six months if I'm not wrong]

No one can know that, DDL System isn't automated. One day, you'll have 3,000 visits. Next day, if you haven't uploaded something that everyone is searching for, you'll have less. So pretty much you need to submit things that everyone is searching for to get more visits. And biggest problem is that everyone is doing the same, so competition is big. Bunch of sites offering the same content.

As for the question, I'd say around 3,000 visits from katz if you're a 4* site. It doesn't take much to become a 4* site these days, that why there are so many of them. More 4* sites = less traffic among them.
it depend on many thinkgs.How much posts do you submit daily,the quality of these posts,wat file hosts does these posts have,if u have luck and the best posts get to first page,if u have luck and the links stay alive for a long time,dont have hatters that click to rate like a bad download .....
