I would love to have a website. But I don't understand these things unfortunately

It is not that difficult to put up a website, there are many already prebuild plugins/scripts/themes made just for that. Even some regular free or paid Wordpress theme would be enough, and Domains and Hosting are not that expenive these days. The problem is in getting traffic to your site (SEO, backlinks, social networks promotion... etc). You can make a great website, but if you can't get a decent traffic, it is all in vain.
