Have often received (or was sent but couldn't receive due to my inbox being full) over 100 in a day. My PM's are pretty much disabled now as it's just impossible for me to reply to them.

Not much I guess, depends on a day. Max amount of PM's per day is around 20, if I'm busy and If I can't get something done I usually don't reply on the PM, and when I have some time I reply on it. Since I hardly ever delete PM's.
