Usually there are 2 methods,

1) Local exchanger : They will provide you funds at reasonable price, but beware choose one with full care.

2) Webmoney bank withdraw: If you have huge fund can try webmoney bank wire withdraw option. Account and bank name must be same. prefer to be validate account.
