how can i make single picture from movie

Hello people.. i know how to make screencap but i don`t know how can i make 1 single scene from the movie ? what program i need ?

Use VLC media player.
CLick on "video" from the Menubar
Then CLick on "Snapshot" and you'll get a screenshot.

EDIT: I hope you don't mean a thumbnail storyline.

Assuming you're using Windoze, you have everything you need!

Why not just play the movie in fullscreen in what ever media player you use, pause it at the scene you want & hit the PrtScn key - Then make any edits in MSPaint :facepalm:
