How can I get hotfile account back?

I think my hotfile account hacked by hfprmm002@gmx.com,I added two sites on that account,and I have contact hotfile,24 hours no response.Can anyone help me?

I think it would be perfectly sane to consider your account lost, once and for all. Don't really count on Hotfile's support in getting it back.

I get their response last time when my account been hacked within 24 hours. wish you will get your account back.

Forget about it. There's little chance you will get that account back. I have been able to get responses from Hotfile support in the past but not everyone has been successful. Try to be as professional and formal as possible when you write to HF support or else they wont reply.

What amazes me is how can your hotfile account get hacked despite having the security lock? Someone needs to have access to your email account in order to take over your HF account. So I suggest you change your email password immediately if it already hasn't been compromised.

Please be careful where you put your account details in. If you don't put login details in public rapidleech and other random sites, there's very little chance of your account being hacked.

Since HF doesn't give a damn about their customers, and whether they lose their account or not, then why would people bother and buy an HF account, while there are other services that care and are equally, if not more, fast that they are like FileServe or Rapidshare?
