If you are using any script that is using MySQL & has a Backup Function, then you maybe able to download it from that script only.
Else Option 2 is that you using your Shared Hosting IP & MySQL port through External MySQL App on your PC.
3rd Trick would be to take Full cPanel Back of your account, Download it & search for the MySQL DB in that.
If the above doesn't work, then just contact your Vendor. (y)
As an alternative to phpmyadmin I can recommend looking into adminer.
One php file that can do pretty much everything that phpmyadmin can.
Download it, put he file in a web accessible directory and open up your browser. Good to go. :sun:
