All language is in Phrases. Do a 'Search in Phrases' for the specific language you are looking for (for larger phrasesit's best to search for just a small section of the phrase), then edit the appropriate Phrase.

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Go to AdminCP -> Style Manager -> Your Style -> Edit Templates -> STANDARD_REDIRECT

Double click on it to edit it.

Add

<img src="MY IMAGE" border="0"><br />

Before the following code

<p class="smallfont"><a href="$url">$vbphrase[click_if_browser_does_not_redirect]</a></p>

Your image will be auto alligned to centre so no need of adding center tags.
