Hotfile with problems counting some files?

hi friends,

have someone experience this kind of issue at hotfile?
I mean, some files is not counting at the stats... and I have the correct link in my site... this is really strange...

Look some examples that I have found in my statistics:

My statistic page is not working. My downloads are not counted.

Our stats page is cached for a period of time. This means that you won't see the downloads in realtime, but with a specific delay, which might be up to 12 hours. Every download is always counted and nothing will be lost!

This was posted after szarki432's post. You were a little faster with giving the dates.

BTW Why don't you ask Hotfile? I guess you'll get a clearer answer (but perhaps not a satisfactory answer as their support sucks).

I uploaded many many files to them, but apparently, like RS, they can't protect the earnings of affiliates.

Youre right about hotfiles support sucks, already sent many mails before and never got one reply from them! But I will try once more.

why in hotfile there isn't any new statics happened since the last one i did i get 0.03$ then there isn't any thing happened although there is a lot of downloads happened

i have the same problem with hotfile , to check this i myself downloaded my file , even after 10 days there is no counting of files , it's showing the same 0.03$ earning that's it .
Do hf count files downloaded by premium users or they count only free downloads ..

They are counted for all...
Mite be ur files arent getting downloaded...

Buddy, No earning will generated if you downloaded, Because there system know your ip and didn't count that downloads.
