Hotfile not paying for the second time in a row!

I don't why why '_brazzO''s thread was closed, but in the previous month Hotfile didn't pay me twice in a row too (a total of US$40 or so).

My account can't be hacked, because of the security measures Hotfile took a couple of months ago. I never confirmed a change through my email.

The payout details are correct and the payments have been marked as 'paid'. The money does not arrive in my Paypal though. The reason that Hotfile doesn't respond seems kinda suspicious. They either don't care or confess to randomly not pay money out to multiple people.

I see people say' don't worry, they'll pay you'. But forget it about. Now multiple reports of people not getting paid.

It's a pity. I liked Hotfile but I've done with them.

I suggest that mods keep this thread longer open so we can collect similar experiences.

It's probably working for the majority of users. But I suspect that they now try to save money by not paying a certain amount of people.

And if they were concerned or take away the suspicion, they would reply. I wrote them at least 4 times and they never reply. Now the same problem is reported by '_brazzO'.

Coincidence? Don't think so! Who's next?

Are you sure your paypal account can receive money? For some countries, paypal is send only!

I've used HF for years and received many payments. Furthermore, I have a verified account.

Mistakes happen I guess. They have an automated system of paying. A glitch perhaps? Its not like Hotfile chooses whom to pay and whom not to pay manually.

Not really, just because a few people don't get paid doesn't mean they are turning into a scam site. Wait for them to fix up their problems/glitches in their system and don't jump to conclusions. Every file host has had times like this where there are problems with payments etc.
