I joined these lot a week or two ago on their RDP 004 plan, he informed me that it was out of stock and temporarily got me up and running on a RDP002 plan with the 1TB space still. We waited for the delivery of the new server to come but seeing as it was delayed he offered me a full refund even after it being a full week and a half into the 002.

During this full week I was constantly asking for updates and he always promptly kept me updated via Skype and also kept me informed of any changes.

In the end I was so impressed with the service I stuck with them and took the dedicated server plan and this server is sublime. In my years of using dedicated and virtual private servers I can honestly say this has to be the best in terms of support/service and price.

P.S I have used other services such as Zetservers, MinionRDP, WebPundits, Giga-RDP, BoomRDP and EqServers and this is my opinion after all of this.
