Before i will give you review on your site there is one thing i would like to know.

How long have you provided hosting/previous experience.

Reply on that and i will give you my honest review.
 
It is been 3 Years i am doing this.
I was working with my Friend but now i want to start my own.
I have Experience about Managing or Hosting experience.

3. You don't have the knowledge about servers.
4. A real host shouldn't ask a question with "that how i can make it better."
5. Your template is awful, even a white page is better.
6. You made that logo? Cool :facepalm:

Take my writing advise, template is really really important, hire a real tech to secure/do the servers, write things down on paper etc. :)
 
You need a good professional template and a good logo if you want to get started in this biz. Also if you start, you'll need to provide good uptime and all that other feature, but the most important is Support.
