Hosts with better upload performance

Which do you think are the filehosts with better upload speed and stability (for stability i mean great speed all of days and all the time)???
And what upload method you use for that?

I start with rapidshare and uploaded.to, i use zoom for those

very good:

Rapidshare and share-online.biz

good:

Uploaded.to and filevelocity.com (I say this after 5 days of testing, I wait for the weekend)

The rest is imho miles away from them....only my opinion, ok?

i get 200mb/s (10 files at the same time) from NL rdp with ul.to
i get 100mb/s (10 files at the same time) from NL rdp with rapidshare.com
