Hey,
i got a standard plan from: www.hostmywarez.com 4days ago

and the results are:


Day1: Down!!

so yeah, i dont wana insult john: hes reali friendly and stuff like that
but his server is CRAP

and wat annoys me that everytime Katz approves my submits

That's what u get for a 3$ plan, suck it up and move to another better host and spend some more if you want a successful site.
 
Sure..
But it takes pure logic..
For example your hosting:

VPS #1 - CPU: 1GHZ
RAM: 512MB
DISKSPACE: 20GB
BANDWIDTH: 1000GB/MONTH
for $7


That means, in order to make some profit out of it, you pack lets say 10 VPS on a server witch makes us:

CPU: 10GHZ
RAM: 5120MB
DISKSPACE: 200GB
BANDWIDTH: 10000GB/MONTH


Now don't tell me this configuration costs less than $70. So, you are obviously overselling to make profit.

Its simple, you get what you pay for.. Dont expect to pay $4 and be able to run Katz.cd on it..
 
Dude ITS VPS = Virtual Private Server.

The RAm which is mentioned is a Virtual RAM>


Also the Price for VPS Is 5.95$. and that is only Because Burst net is the only DC with Sells VPS Directly To customers.

So the cost of reselling reduces.

Now if you need more detials go and call burst net and challenge them. i am sure there will be many People in that company to answer all your questions

No.. you say the mentioned RAM is a virtual RAM.. In other words, you are SHARING the dedicated RAM between all the virtual machines.

And the true meaning of VPS is not SHARING the RAM.. but SPLITTING the RAM.

Lets say you have 10 people on a server with 4GB or RAM. On one point, all of the 10 people need their 1 GB or RAM.. your server has only 4GB and not 10GB. that makes it a SHARED hosting..

You obviously have no idea.. :S
 
lol..Go and read wht is called as Virtualization technique.

i said Virtual RAM becoz you are dividing The Original RAM with the help of software and not physicaly breaking it into pices..

and offcourse Some 1 like you Only will divide the server in 10 VPS with 1GB ram..Seeing that ur main server has only 4GB ram.

also NVM leave it..i Can.not waste my time teaching Kids..hve a lot of work to do..
