Its Currently hosted on my Ukraine Dedicated Server, but could easily be hosted on a vps.

Yes im 100% sure its currently on my dedicated server in ukraine, (you are correct some of our ip addresses do indeed say Russian Federation and not ukraine).

The domain was registered by me on 19 October 2010 (i think it was used previously)
and expires 19 October 2011.

Well you wouldent need to pay the amount i pay, this is not the only site on my dedicated server, i pay probably £80 all in, but even with the same host you can get a lower spec machine for much cheaper.

You could easily run this from a $10-$20 a month vps.
