So ive been with Hostmela.com for 3 months, going smoothly a few times there was a server issues etc.. but now the server has been down ALL Day, i spoke with the owner and he just said "He was offline for 2 days and doesn't know anything" Then it changed to his forum was being hacked, which is hosted in USA not the NL, like the offers he sells..
What can i do to get the main owner of the Host? I know hes reselling because when i make accounts via WHM it sends out emails to ,thehostingpalace.com i think, or it was something like that.

I need my SQL and my files, Unless he can get it back online. what do i do!!? Report this to paypal and get a lock on his account untill he does soemthing? im sick of people lately

Go to who hosts them see if they can do anything http://www.fastservers.net/ Get your stuff and move to a reliable host

the ip address says http://www.fastservers.net/ for the main site. I don't know who hosts anything else. Hostmela says they say they have phone support. Call em

Well Mate, you are kind of stuck...
If the server is down, there is no way of getting your files.
If you submit a dispute on paypal, the owner can just get mad and delete all your files, and not give you anything, and then you will just be SOL.

You can try contacting them via their support tickets, emails or IM's. I would just go spamming them, that will get their attention because it gets annoying. lol.

But other than that, you can just hope the server will come back online.
Even if you find out who hosts them, it does not guarentee the server will go back up. Maybe they did not pay their bill, or they are getting ddos'd, or just stopped hosting you.
Again, i say just spam away lol.

Oh by the way, he could be telling the truth about his forum being hacked or w/e. I don't know what that has to do with anything, but their website IS hosted in the usa.

forum.hostmela.com -> maybe you have some luck there
Also another LOL, a warez in USA O_o. they are lucky they don't get shut down.

I wouldn't trust them, they aren't reliable as they offered "free" offshore hosting to some members and blew them off. If I was you I'd GTFO right now.

Talked to the owner of thehostingpalace, then they had some dowtime told me they were the host not Hostmela that he was just a reseller.. and i am getting the run around... Someone get me my DB/files

i think this member should be banned... They do not offer support and they scam you.. when i say banned i mean Banned on Wjunction.com I lost my website and everything due to hostmela..
